Hello lovelies,

Now it's time again, easter holidays are in the house and everyone is preparing some easter treats and decorating the house with many colors to brighten up this time.
I couldn't take pictures on my own the last days so I picked some of my favorite easter pictures found on Pinterest, hope you enjoy.

I hope you all have a fabulous easter holiday and some blessed time with your families. <3
What are your favorite easter traditions? Some treats you can't imagine easter without?

vegan pumpkin soup. to brave the cold weather.

Hey lovelies,

It's still freaking cold here in Germany and I am so sick of it! Because there is no sunny weather and no beach in sight I decided to warm up from the inside to brave this cold and grey weather.
In autumn I love to make pumpkin soup because it's eutrophic, healthy and makes you full.
But when I saw a hokaido pumpkin in the supermarket yesterday I wanted to cook a soup and decided that it's not only good for autumn but for every cold day!

I want to share the recipe with you because I love this soup and it's so easy to recook!
Hope you enjoy your day and if you're living somewhere where the sun is still shining please tell her to visit Germany as well! :p

I know it doesn't look that delicious because of it's color but it is!

Pumpkin Soup Recipe:

ingredients:
                    1 onion
                    1 Hokaido pumpkin
                    1/2 sweet potato
                    2 tsp. vegetable broth
                    boiling water
                    native olive oil
curry, thai curry, pepper, sea salt

At first split the pumpkin half and remove the inwards. Now cut it in broad cubes. You don't have to peel the pumpkin (that's why I love it!) but you can if you want to! Peel the sweet potato and cut it in cubes as well. Now cut  the onion in little cubes and roast them gently with a little bit olive oil. When the onions are softly brown add the pumpkin and simmer it for about 5minutes. After that add the sweet potato cubes and add the boiling water so that it covers everything. Add 2tsp. vegetable broth and cover the cooking pot. Let everything cook for about 20 minutes till it has a kind of pulpy consistence (everything looks a bit slushy now). Now add salt ( I always use sea salt because it's more healthy!) and as much curry, thai curry and pepper as you want to.
If you like the flavor add everything in the mixer till the soup has it's pulpy consistence.

Will you give this recipe a try? <3

Pastel.Spring&Summer.Fashion.Love.

Hello there sweeties.

Sorry for not posting since a few weeks but there were a few things to manage and we worked on a new kind of project I will show you soon.

The last few weeks have been freakin' cold here in Germany and although the spring once had a brief look the temperatures got colder again and we had to pull out our winter clothes again - I couldn't imagine when I wanted to live in beautiful sunny L.A. more than in the last few weeks - and we got a kind of depressive while we had to look into a grey sky again and again (no sunshine).

But what could be more fun than to brave the cold winter weather and shop for some beautiful spring and summer clothes in the most beautiful pastel colors? I love this pastel color trend not only because the wonderful sorbet colors remind me of sweets and a happy living but also because I think most of these colors fit sun kissed women as also as the somewhat paler ones (like me).

So I shopped to get over this bad cold weather and fell in love with a few clothes and I'll show you my favorite picks under the post below. For spring and summer I love to dress up a little bit more girlie and to wear skirts and dresses most of the time.

I hope you have a fabulous day! Maybe some of you can already enjoy a sunny weather (maybe in L.A.? :p ) and if so what are your favorite clothes to start into this spring season?
Leave a comment below :) !
